I am hoping that they will fix the problem to my satisfaction. So far, my Hunter Douglas, Silhouette, beautiful-looking blinds do not pull up properly. They had to re-do them -- still have problems pulling the blinds up -- I am hoping they will have someone from the manufacturing team come to take a look and see what the problem is and fix them... stay tuned....I will let you how the customer service part goes...I am hopeful that I can change the rating to a 5. Well, as promised, I just got my window blinds up and they are working beautifully. I am so impressed with the personal service, the attention to detail, the fabulous product and the sincere efforts made to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the final result.
