I am visiting Toronto from Sydney Australia. Today (Sunday) we drove from Woodbridge, it took hours, marathon was on so traffic was a nightmare! You advertised your store opened at 1.30 today. We finally arrived about 2.45 to find it locked up!!! I wanted to buy 2 Van Hallen tshirts for my grandsons. I am extremely disappointed! Finally my family called your store after we got home at 4 pm to find you open! What happened to 1.30
Wish I could leave zero stars. This place does not let you try on the T-shirts for sizing nor do they offer a refund policy which is an automatic cash grab and immoral business practice.
Just amazing.. I've always been a fan of this store.. And it's truly one of the last rock shops in the city.. it's affordable and the owner is great.. So many cool and awesome things...

I've been visiting Rock Variety in Toronto since I was 15 yrs old .........I'm now 44 yrs old and they're still the God Fathers of all things Rock & Roll and Metal and UNDISPUTED CHAMPIONS OF EVERYTHING IN THOSE FIELDS. Great head shop downtown!! Lots of variety and options to choose from. Loved how they have a lot of rock band/rap artist t-shirts. Also, the owner was really chill and knowledgeable, and gave me a good discount :)
