My experiences at Forest Hill Spa have been nothing short of amazing. Their exceptional customer care, alongside the remarkable Fotona laser treatment, always left me impressed. It's a place where luxury meets cutting-edge beauty solutions, making every visit memorable. Although it's sad they've closed, I eagerly await the opening of their new location, confident it will continue to offer the outstanding services we've all come to love. My daughter and son gifted me a gift certificate from Forest Hill Spa. I ordered eye cream . I was told it had arrived and that it was sent to me via post mail. This was almost 6 weeks ago. I have followed up via emails and phone calls. I have still not received my eye cream and have addition money from my gift of $150. My children are very disappointed and regret their decision to of chosen The Forest Hill Spa. PS: I have been a great customer for over 20 years.
Marina gave me a very relaxing facial and freshened up my winter dryness. The spa is clean and on time and a great location right in Forest Hill Village. I’ll be going back often !
Booked a massage nearly 2 months in advance, then got a call less than 24 hours before my appointment saying they didn’t have an RMT on Saturday. No apology given. Very disappointed.
DO NOT GO HERE. I came in for laser treatments and was SEVERELY burned. My face is now permanently scarred. When it first happened, the spa told me that they would cover any charges that would accumulate from repairing the damage, but have not kept their word. I have currently spent $300+ and they have given me $32. My doctor and dermatologist have continued to prescribe medications to repair the damage and scarring and I have undergone steroid injections. They are now recommending further treatments at over $1000+. The spa was incredibly negligent and not only put me in harms way from a simple hair removal service, but have left me with 4 massive scars on my face that I am now struggling to resolve. It is disgusting that they have chosen to ignore my correspondence (I have attempted to reach out privately various times) after being so kind and understanding about the entire situation. I am not someone who likes posting negative reviews, however this spa physically hurt me and never took responsibility. I feel like it is important for others to ensure their health is safe and find another place that will not only ensure they get the best service, but also take responsibility for their actions. I am now at the stage where I am debating taking action.
