I’m currently eating with my family. Everything is perfect. Food is great and warm. The customer service is so friendly and accommodating to out cravings. We keep coming back again and again. 10/10
We are visiting from out of town. We looked this place up on google. It was the best choice of our whole trip, we had an amazing breakfast. The owner was so friendly and kind. I’d highly recommend coming here for a classic Canadian breakfast.
Was one of my go to restaurants for hearty food, but with the original owners retiring and the son taking over, very unpleasant and argumentative, shows little interest in service, sits in a booth with his cell phone, ignores customers. Shows disdain and disrespect for long time customers, impolite and likes to argue with his parents and clients. Insulting behaviour that completely detracts from what was once a favourite spot. Not worth it as they show poor appreciation. Too bad. Prices have also doubled.
I’ve been coming here for almost 15 years and my boyfriend has been coming here since he was a kid. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The people, the food, everything is great. Highly recommend. Their eggs Benedict is my favourite but their burgers are amazing as well!
One of the nice, small family run old-school diners with simple interiors but the food speaks for itself. The hollandaise sauce is one of the best I've ever had! Our Go-To diner on weekends :)
Almost 25 years ago I used to frequent this restaurant as it was few steps from my place on Erskine Ave. I have fond memories of walking in on cold Toronto days and enjoying hot soup and chicken souvlaki with home fries. The elderly couple behind the counter would diligently prepare dishes and bring to the table. I remember the husband once advised that I shouldn’t order onion rings as it would be a lot for me along with home fries. I thought that was funny, but that is what happens when you are in a family run business. They are not about making a buck, they care for their customers. I am not sure if that elderly couple is still around or if this restaurant is being run by the same family but I just thought it would be appropriate to leave this review even if it’s 25 year late. Thank you for the delicious food and excellent service some 25 years ago.
Wish i took a picture of the food but it looked so good i already took some bites out of it. So happy i stopped here for some breakfast today as it is my first time ordering from Good Bite but definitely won’t be my last. I got eggs w/ sausage that came with fries & also a hot chocolate. Starting with the fries most places fries are usually undercooked, these fries from Good Bite were so crispy and nice i was actually really impressed. My scrambled eggs w/ cheddar cheese looked and tasted so perfect & my sausage (comes w/ 3) were cooked good and tasty. Im also happy with was not the really small sausages that some breakfast spots give. The hot chocolate was nice and hot which i finished before even getting home. Im glad i stopped here this morning and my stomach is very satisfied lol
