Literal Scammers: I will start with this - Save your hard earned money and visit Jackpot Bins on Coxwell instead or any other liquidation store The store is only welcoming on Saturdays and Sundays when they can make the most profit and the staff will treat you like crap on other days like Thursday or Friday as if they are doing you a favor. The employees keep the best items for themselves. Also they hide most of the good items every evening so that you don't benefit from a lower price the very next day. Expect these good items hidden in the back of their store only to magically appear on Saturday again! Their return policy is trash when it comes to expensive items. They won't take it back no matter what and even if they do, will only give you a store credit which only benefits them.
Horrible experience, guys were leaving the store to chat outside being careless and days later they start checking a bit more inside but then one guy rudly asked me to open my bags because I went to the back of the store that was Open, he closed it after he spoke to me. I had no problem in opening my bags but he was so rude. Months ago they were asking ppl to leave the bags in the front. No consistency. Will never come back. I bought there many times but lately is extremely disorganized. The girl who was there before was more efficient, educated and more professional than those two guys in the store.
I visited Treasure Box Liquidation recently and had a very disappointing experience. One of the employees was extremely rude, which made shopping here uncomfortable. Good customer service is important, and unfortunately, that was missing during my visit. I hope management addresses this, because customers deserve to be treated with respect.
non senses people i find some thing good in bin and when i go for pay the guy said oh this is not in bin my camra i dont want to sale it in this price its Thursday and its 1.99 and he change and grabe the camra from my hand and take it thay takr nice stuff out and only garbage left for people i strongly recommend dont go to that store
Was much better when they first opened. You would get better deals. Now you can’t open the boxes and the stuff at the front doesn’t go lower than 18.99. I used to get that same stuff for 1.99. Huge difference. They used to play music now they don’t but they have a recording telling you not to open or you buy. Why would I buy a plain box for 18.99 if I don’t know what’s in it.
They sometimes have misleading ads on social media. They had mini perfume set for $18.99. When I went in to buy, they said its $18.99 for one little bottle
Great deals, only problem is with people pushing and emptying boxes for the sake of dumping it and not putting stuff back the box and parts go missing.
