I’ve been using LP for a little over a year now (4x week), and I cannot say enough amazing things about them. When I say that they love and care for my dog just as much as I do (and I’m obsessed with him), I mean it. They are true dog people, professional in every sense. I have a large dog who can be reactive and I’ve seen a massive improvement in his demeanour since joining the LP walking group. Every walk is like a training session that reinforces good behavior and socialization skills. I’ve worked with many dog walkers and companies in Toronto, and I am so lucky to have found this one. Couldn’t ask for better service and care for my dog.

We don’t know what we would have done without Liberty Pooch. Our American Eskimo Yeti is a rehome and had serious separation anxiety. Walks were extremely challenging because he didn’t want to leave home in fear he’d be abandoned again. Liberty Pooch came to the rescue and helped Yeti into the confident little man he is today. Not only are they dog experts but they also provide an incredible sense of community and support. We are forever grateful and don’t know what we would do without them.
Liberty Pooch has been the best addition to Theo’s routine and we can’t say enough good things! From Theo’s first walk where he wouldn’t even leave the building, the team has been great at building his confidence and taking such great care of him. Now he runs to the door and can’t wait for his walk. Helga & Rob are always around when I am in need of help and have built such a great community for us! Highly recommend Liberty Pooch!
Helga is a very patient and helpful dog trainer. We highly recommend her! Our pup has a lot of energy, and was in fact too energetic for group dog walks. However, Helga came over to our place a few months ago and did a ~4 hour one on one training session with us, and it has helped SO much! Our walks have gotten significantly better (our dog is a bit of a puller and quite anxious), and we appreciate Helga for all of her help! I highly recommend ❤️.
We recently moved out of Liberty Village and the hardest part of saying goodbye was parting ways with Liberty Pooch. They have been with our dog, Molly, since 2015, and over the years, they have become more like family. From the very beginning, Helga, Rob and the Liberty Pooch team treated Molly with such warmth, compassion, and reliability, giving us complete peace of mind each time they went out together. It's rare to find a service where people genuinely care, and it was clear that every walk was filled with as much love and joy as we could have hoped for. Their communication was always prompt and thoughtful, and they always went above and beyond to make Molly's day even brighter, sharing photos and updates that became cherished memories.
