I have always had reliable service from this Rexall. Additionally, a pharmacist took note that I did not have insurance for an expensive medication, and processed it as a cheaper brand - saving me about 50 bucks. I didn't even know this was an option, and I'm very grateful!
Walked in at 5:58 door open wanted to buy something said she was closed LADY customer here maybe ask if you could help as opposed to rejecting money. But of course a customer that walks in 30 seconds before me no problem Avoid
Horrible. Service could drastically be better. I understand things can get busy but at least acknowledge the people lining up, and let them know its going to be a bit of a wait. 3 people at the back just doing their thing, and just frankly ignoring customers.
I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 20 years and have never had a bad experience. All staff are very kind and considerate. The pharmacists always take time to discuss any new medications with me as well as updating my regular meds and even ask how I’m handling my health issues. They will even answer any questions I have over the phone Thank you all for everything you do
Very poor customer service. I called ahead around 1:15pm to make sure there was a prescription for me to pick up. The person I spoke with told me it would be ready in an hour. I gave them extra time and arrived at around 3:30pm. When I get there, I’m told that there is nothing to pick up. I basically just drove in traffic for 1.5 hours for nothing. Such a waste of time and workers have little care for patients/customers’ time.
I've had nothing but 5-star experience here. Miranda and Novka never fail to ensure the customers are completely cared for. I've never had issues with my many medications and they take care to have it ready in quick turnaround. When I move I will still be coming here!
They're pretty stupid and devilness they don't have a sense of fairness, equity respect. They know to take what they want (Money) but not give you any of fairness.
