In praise of the female security guard, or just security guard. They went out of their way to give me back my debit card. I had forgotten it in the machine,I boarded my bus , and she banged on the door till someone indicated that I acknowledge her. She patiently waited for the back door of the bus till it opened , and smiled, and said you left at the store. Humbled I thank her . Because of her kindness you have a customer for life. Just when my faith in life was tested, a large kindness displayed, reaffirmed the goodness in the world .Many thanks.

Pathetic Service, Poorly handling people. When I asked staff to help me in finding the Medicines.. one sent me one side other sent me other side, next sent me back to first person, like playing football. Didn't talk respectfully . Rude behaviour. Not willing to help . Very Bad Experience because of Staff Members

It doesn’t matter how much time I give the pharmacy (have tested a 24 hour theory), the prescription is never ready. I always have to wait or come back. The bonus star is only given to the convenience of auto ordering refills. Will be switching pharmacies to somewhere that cares about their patient’s time and ultimately their bottom line.

I cannot even speak the words that make me want to let people know about how amazing Yan Nan is. I think he is the best pharmacist and she is now at this store after being in Scarborough. I am sad that he left her Scarborough store but I will go anywhere where he is because he provided excellency care. Thank you Yan Nan for all the great work you are doing!

I am tired of a Pharmacy that doesn’t seem to put their customers first. I left this pharmacy a year ago because I moved. I tried a pharmacy closer to where I lived, and they just couldn’t seem to get things right. I went back to Wellesley as it was better than the other one. Now they have picked up the poor service of the pharmacy I had left. Perhaps my expectations are too high? I should think with everything on computers, there is no excuse for the recent events. Two weeks ago, I went into the pharmacy to pick up my blister pack. It was a Saturday evening, one day later than I typically would pickup my medication. At this point, I was out of my medication and dropped in so I would be able to get back on track. I waited 10 minutes to be served and when I was, another customer stepped up to say she was waiting with her friend who had just been served. They weren’t together. I waited another 5 minutes before being able to request my blister pack. It then took the pharmacy team member another 10 minutes before locating my medication. When she did, she asked me to wait 10 minutes as it had not yet been checked. How is it possible that an order I should’ve picked up the previous day was not ready I had already invested 25 minutes and still no medication. I could wait no longer… and left. I picked up the medication the following day and relayed my disappointment. Yesterday, I called to see if Ozempic was in stock. I was told that there was no stock available, and would not be available until Monday. This is quite concerning… It is required that I take this medication for diabetes on the same day of each week. I typically take this medication on Saturday morning. Calling the pharmacy on Saturday and finding out that they are out of stock, leads me to believe that they do not have the capacity to take care of their customers. So many people are taking Ozempic for weight loss, I need it to maintain my health. It is incredibly frustrating that this is not available to me, when I need it. Is there a pharmacy in the city of Toronto that takes customer service seriously! It looks like I will have to change Pharmacy’s, yet again!!

The pharmacist sent me to another pharmacy without checking if the drug was first covered by my plan. This happened in summer and she apologized but it was an absolute waste of my time. The problem is management and frequent changes in pharmacists that are not efficient. They really don't know what is going on with clients and have become extremely understaffed.

The pharmacy here is a joke, seven or eight months ago it was fine, now I have to wait more than 24 hours every time I refill one of my prescriptions, When I get there it's not filled and I have to wait. I've been going to this pharmacy for 9 years and it is just garbage now, so unorganized. Spending over $500 a month on medication for the past 9 years You would think there would be some kind of appreciation or service there, but no ... I am officially taking my business elsewhere
