They are very nice about the fact that I was in the neighborhood for a blood text and was willing to bump up the date by 1 day. There was a little confusion because I was there for a flu shot roughly 20 years ago, which they ended up deleted the old account

Service at the pharmacy sucks. today and was put of hold for 10 min. Then I called back again 10 min later someone picked it up quickly. They offer FREE DELIVERY i didn't know till today. They could of mentioned it. The meds are never ready soon when you bring in a prescription. They always say come back in couple of hours. Years ago I asked about delivery the lady there didnt say YES she just didn't want to bother to go out of her way to take care of. I never knew they can text me till about 2 years ago. They could of mentioned it when I used to to see if were ready and I've been coming here for years for meds.

Out of prescription and so i was calling them to refill and the phone was legitimately ringing for 25 mins with no one picking up, thats prob why its next to a hospital, if you’re going through withdrawals or need your meds to live, the er might just be the better option cuz no one will pick up Update: I desperately need the medication and got back on the phone,… its been an almost hour… might just off myself tbh, evil pharmacy Update#2: they picked up, put on hold for another 15 mins, but yk thank you for picking up,

Pharmacy needs help. You never know if your prescription is ready, or if Dr. has faxed over the repeat, they never pick up their phones, and it's up to the customer to call the Doctor to get the repeat done. Time to support smaller pharmacies who will actually do something for the customer.

Pharmacy rarely answers the phone. Also they often like to say they haven’t received your prescriptions when they have for a fact been sent over 2x…. They are very respectful but they lack organization.

Great customer service! I was able to get my 3 presriptions filled and delivered to me same day! Nafees and other staff were able to get me setup with the BeWell App and went above and beyond for me! Many thx!

I and my wife contracted COVID. We contacted the pharmacist who was very knowledgeable and they provided a suggestion to help our sore throat, fluids to keep hydrated and the overall concern for our wellbeing. I have to thank them as this helped us tremendously to deal with our symptoms and situation. If we didn’t have this help we would have had a more difficult time. They continue to be my Pharmacy and I am grateful to have such professionals handle my needs
