I had chosen the Rexall pharmacy ( Parliament St) because of its proximity and smaller size. My recent interaction with the manager/pharmacist (Mohamed) and his dismissive tone is the reason I’m changing my pharmacy; as a provider and someone who rarely needs a prescription it was a disappointing experience. I would like to add that the rest of the Rexall pharmacy team/ pharmacy staff at this location have always been gracious, kind and helpful
The store is always clean, the staff in my experience has always been friendly and accommodating but what never ceases to amaze me is when I go to pick up a prescription they know me by name. I am not in there often enough to be considered a regular but it feels good, makes a person feel seen because no doubt the pharmacist see alot of people everyday and the fact they remember my name, my face, is a good feeling. I love this place!
This Rexall store is always well-stocked and the staff are friendly. The place is clean too. It is a low stress atmosphere especially compared to the big chain drugstore down the street (SDM). I think this store deserves a great recommendation - I give it 5 stars.
If you need the pharmacy for anything more than cold meds, expect to be sworn at and belittled. Definitely not a place you should trust to supply important medication. Complete garbage.
Convenient location. Store is clean, tidy and spacious. Cashier (Tamim) is super friendly, helpful and nice, and I appreciated it (especially since it was toward my aging mom).
Worst place ever ... they don't have anything good from other rexall stores... dirty , rude , no help and pharmacy is also so bad ... not recommended at all
I have been a customer/patient of Rexall Pharmacy on Parliament for 10+ years. If there’s one thing I’m known for it’s having a keen eye for pharmaceuticals. I’ve tried other Shoppers and Rexall locations and can honestly say this is the best pharmacy in the city. While there have been one or two mishaps along the way, they always take the extra time to fix mistakes and work with my absent minded procrastinations. The pharmacy manager MO and Jennifer are the cream of the crop. They are both very consultative and keep track of side effects better than my doctors.
