We’ve been trying to get a refund from Casa Living Design since May, after placing two orders back in September and October 2024 that were never fulfilled — and unfortunately, we’ve had no luck receiving the funds we’re owed. We paid a total of $3,789.60 for (2) Baba Armchair by Serena Confalonieri, including the cost we paid for two fabrics we had shipped directly to Casa Living Design. Despite months of follow-ups — including direct communication with Andrew — we’ve received no updates, no product, and no refund. We’ve made every effort to resolve this privately and professionally, but at this point, we’ve been left with no other option but to share our experience publicly. As a business that works with high-end clients and relies on dependable vendor relationships, this has been incredibly disappointing. We’re still hopeful that Casa Living Design will take responsibility and process the refund. Should that happen, we’d be happy to update this review. We’re simply asking for fair resolution and accountability on a fully paid, undelivered order.
I’m delighted with my purchase from Casa Living. When I had a concern about their customer service, Andrew responded and genuinely listened to my feedback. While it seems they’re still refining their workflows and customer experience, I appreciated their willingness to address my concerns and their commitment to delivering what was promised.
I originally wrote a long winded scathing review because I was feeling that perhaps I had been scammed - as it turns out nothing was further from the truth, I just happened to order a product (dragon tail lamp) that has a long lead time and due to circumstances beyond their control it stretched to a little longer. Andrew has taken great care of me and I received my lamp and we could not be more pleased, completely worth the wait. Thanks for everything
I spent weeks looking for a proper reproduction of the LC 4. This one is it. Probably higher quality than the original. Shipping from Italy to the States was a breeze. You will not be disappointed.
Absolutely brilliant service from Casa Living Design. From ordering to delivery it was so easy and I'm delighted with the quality of the chairs, solid wood, beautiful finish. Vania was awesome. She kept me informed about shipping. Also when I received the stool it was packaged where no damage would occur. A wooden frame was installed around the box to prevent damage. Definitely would order from Casa Living Design again
