Do NOT get your ears pierced here. We took our 10 year old to get hers done on her birthday and the gun jammed. She left with one pierced ear, one bandaged ear (not fully pierced), and a bill Find somewhere that knows what they are doing.
As I walked into this very small location I asked if they had any jewelry on sale. 3 girls chitchatting behind the cash desk pointed in the same direction. When I found what I wanted, i made my way to cash out. The same 3 girls chitchatting behind cash looked at each other like whose gonna cash her out. Ridiculous. As one girl finally decided to cash me out, no “hello, how are you?” Or “your total is” No customer service skills whatsoever. What I bought was final sale but the only reason I went into this Clare’s was because I was hearing all over that they were closing down. No wonder!! The selection is terrible. The location nearest me hires ignorant young people who have no customer service skills whatsoever. Just very disappointed. Thought I was going to experience a bit of nostalgia, except I was greeted with a “why bother” or “I’ve already given up” attitude
Hands down the best piercing I’ve ever received. All thanks to Liz! She gave me service with a smile and reassured me every step along the way. I’d recommend her to anybody! She will ease your piercing fears and make sure you have a great experience

Rhonda and Wendy were so amazing for a little girl ear piercing. My daughter had no tears at all! They spoke with her and made her feel comfortable. It was a fantastic experience for something that can be pretty scary for a child!
I would like to leave a review, especially for Tanicka. She is the best! I went to Claire's for my toddler daughter's first ear piercing. Tanicka went above and beyond to make the whole experience fun and enjoyable for my daughter. She did an amazing job distracting and interacting with her, and my daughter quickly grew fond of her. Thanks to Tanicka's efforts, the ear piercing process was quick and smooth. Not only that, but I also want to express my gratitude for her honesty and attentiveness. I accidentally left my wallet on one of the shelves along with the products, but Tanicka noticed it and took care of it, ensuring that it was returned to me safely. I truly appreciate Tanicka's spirit and the excellent service she provided during and after the ear piercing. If you have small kids in need of ear piercing, I highly recommend going to this place. I went here to get my ears pierced two months ago. I made a huge mistake coming to Claire's to get my ear lobe pierced because when I got home, I immediately started feeling pain in my ear. I decided to check in the mirror, and my ear lobe was turning noticeably green and black. I cleaned it out and didn't mind it until the next morning. I woke up and felt excruciating pain in my ear lobe. again, I checked in the mirror but this time it wasn't only green, it was yellow, black, green, red, and it was swelling up like a balloon. turns out the back of the earring was stuck inside my ear lobe and I had to go get it surgically removed. thank you, Claire's! you guys are the best!<3
