Staff was incredibly helpful despite it being busy. Although the stuff that helped me told me that the different gauges meant the weight of the piercing thankfully— I’ve done my research. I hope that they at least did some training with her. Bless her she was definitely trying her best to help me though.
I had Tianna perform an ear piercing on me yesterday, first thing in the morning! She was extremely welcoming, extremely friendly, explained everything to me with a sweet smile on her face. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions concerning all the procedure, as well as the after care routine. I confess I was very nervous on my way there, but the overall experience with Tianna made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. She was very professional, I felt I was taken great care of, it was fast, she was also very efficient, effortless and made me feel like a special client! Tianna you rock! Keep up that great vibe! Did was first ear piercings here with Reesha(not sure if the name is right). However, the girl herself was amazing. I was scared since it was first time but she didn’t let me feel any pain or whatsoever. Definitely recommend others to try this shop.

The store has a wide variety of items, especially for children, and the sales staff are always available to help and answer questions, as well as being extremely attentive. Prices vary depending on the product, so there is something for everyone. It is well worth checking out.
I got my ears piercing back in May of 2019, I realized that the staff who did the piercing did not centre the hole right. I was only 16 and I can't believe there don't know how to measure. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE! Terrible that the staff don't know how to use math skills and measure properly. I will never go back there and I hope you guys get sued one day. What goes around always comes back to you
Renee was amazing! I walked in quite hesitant, as I was a guy searching for services that can assisst with looping a charm.
