The place orders lowest quality products feom chona and sells them 5 times the original price. This place is a scam. If you want the same product fo to shein or something, you'll get the same thing for one fifth the price. Over expensive and a waste of money.
Very poor customer service. The lady is so rude that the customer doesn’t even feel like asking her for help. Maybe she is not happy with her job/ life.
The workers are extremely rude, they followed me and my friend in the store thinking we were stealing. The second time we come they frame us for an empty earring pack and says we stole it. Do not come here they all have an attitude.
Went today to get my 4 year olds ears pierced. Was able to get both ears done at the same time which was great and the ladies that helped us were really great and made everything easy and also explained everything thoroughly afterwards. My daughter cried for about a minute and then was all good to go. She loves her butterfly earrings thank you so much for the help/ and the good memory.
Incident occurred 4:30 Pm. Poor Customer service. Seemed the employee at the cash counter Sunday evening doesn’t like her job and has no ability to understand the guest. She should not be in customer service oriented jobs.
I bought a nose ring from Claires, fairview park. And after 2 days i went back and the manager self was there. I asked her that i gifted it to somebody and she doesn’t like it so pls make a return and she refused to take the item back and stated our policy doesn’t allow us. I showed her the Claires policy online where its clearly mentioned that they can take the items back. When I caught her lie, she offered me exchange of same amount and I agreed to that. But later on she opened my item and said i can not take it back. I mean WHY The item is not even used. Even the blind person can see the item is as new as it was. Because it was bought 2 days back only and we didn’t like it. The Manager is too rude and arrogant as she just tried to justify her self. I have a original receipt and the product is in new but still no solution and i spent$28 on a small nose ring. I would say it is a Pathetic Customer Service.
Poor customer service, poor jewelry quality. Skin gets green after wearing the nose rings or earrings or regular rings, even if nickel free. Tarnishes quickly. Even gold plated is not actual gold you can smell the metal, and my ear gets infected. It was too expensive for the quality. Sorry, just being honest
