I had an amazing experience at this scooter repair shop! I brought my scooter in for a repair as it was making weird sounds and had lost a lot of screws. I was thinking I’d have to pay a lot for a fix, but to my surprise, the staff fixed it without accepting any payment.That kind of honesty and kindness is so rare these days. The staff were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. My scooter runs perfectly now, and I truly appreciate their generosity and great service. I’ll definitely be coming back for other repair in the scooter and recommending them to everyone I know!

This shop is the best. Recently bought 79 falcon pro for my son. Something happened while my son was out riding and brake handle and throttle broke. Brought it to the shop to get it fixed and they helped fixed the throttle and no cost and fixed the handle brake at a great price. Best customer service. Highly recommend this shop!
I bought a Kukirin G4 online and because of small issue that came with E-scooter I emailed for help from support team but Kurt from service gave me hard time that I accepted to pay %10 fee of product to just get my money back. However, Dara reached me and she handled the situation as it was suppose to be at first. She is really nice and respectful. At the end, I went to St Clair store and meet Sebastian who explained every details patiently and friendly and assured me if anything happen in future they will help me to fix it. Im so happy that had a chance to deal in person there instead of lots of ineffective emails. Thanks from Dara and Sebastian for all you did.❤️
Kevin is an amazing person, I’ve known him now for almost 2 years and met him through visiting his shop to buy a scooter for myself, since then he’s always been willing to help out with any issues I’ve had with my scooter, what a great guy with a great family because his wife is also very helpful, patient and knowledgeable about scooters, it’s been a pleasure doing business with them and I wish more shops/stores around Toronto would have people working for them like the people at Suotu. 5/5 on all categories. Look forward to coming by to visit them whenever I’m around the area. Updated Review: I originally left a positive review for this shop, but my experience since then has been very disappointing. My scooter has been non-functional since June. I received a throttle that was incompatible with my model, which capped my speed at 15 km/h despite the scooter being capable of up to 50 km/h in addition to this it was shutting off at random moments, super dangerous. When I finally received a replacement throttle, it was a broken one while I wait for supplies to be received. Since receiving the scooter, I’ve also never seen it reach the advertised battery range, only 15–20 km—it consistently fell short. The most recent throttle installation has been particularly dangerous, nearly causing serious accidents on at least three occasions. I’ve raised these issues with the shop, but so far, there has been no resolution—only repeated requests for patience. I’ve been understanding and patient throughout, but after an entire summer without being able to use my scooter, my trust in it (the scooter and the shop) has understandably eroded. I do want to note that I value Kevin, the owner, and I understand that growing a business comes with challenges. That said, my experience has left me disappointed. I am waiting for the correct part so I can sell my scooter and move on. Once my issue is fully resolved, I am willing to update this review to reflect that Latest UPDATE (Aug 31st, 2025) Latest UPDATE (Aug 31st, 2025): I’m happy to report that everything has now been resolved. Kevin and his team came through in the end, and my scooter is finally back to running the way it should. While there were some frustrating moments along the way, I truly appreciate that they stood behind their product and made things right without issue. I’ve known Kevin and his family for almost two years now, and my original impression of them still stands: they’re helpful, patient, and genuinely care about their customers. It’s rare to find that kind of commitment these days, and I’m glad to say my confidence in both the scooter and the shop has been restored. 5/5 once again — thank you for coming through for me.
Model: MAX - 65KM Range - Air I have been using this scooter daily for a month now, and I am very happy with the purchase. In terms of performance, I'm getting a range of about 25-30km on sports and drive modes, which are the two modes I use most often. I don’t really use the eco mode because it’s too slow for the road. As for the build quality, it's pretty decent considering the price of $1014 after tax. However, if you ask me if I would purchase the same model again, I would say no. It's not because it's a bad scooter, but because after riding for a month, I've realized the importance of suspension. Some roads are really bad, and riding a scooter at 30km/h without suspension can be very jarring. Overall, I like the scooter and I’m happy with it.
