First of all I would like to talk about the building, which has a GREAT localization and it's wonderful and beautiful. Second about the ILAC team, which is very receptive and very very kind. The classmates are great, they're all cool people and the course is very interesting, because instead of just throw tons of grammar rules on us, it "forces" us to interact (I'm at C1), and obviously, all in English, axiomatically making us improve our English without even "studying for real". Of course we have grammar too, but it is in a good way to have. A special thank to my teacher Alley, who is very kind and attentive to all of us. The ILAC are making my Toronto experience (first internacional trip) very special and much better than just travel and know the city. It is not, with all sure, a boring class and a boring morning appointment; even with the heavy traffic from my location, it worth a lot and make my week more happy.

EXTREMELY UPSET about what happened to my wife today inside the Dream Building. My wife was treated extremely rudely and brutally by one of the building's security guards named Richard, who made gestures of expulsion towards her. Such was the rudeness that ILAC employees had to intervene to protect my wife. In addition to shouting (I emphasize here that he was not speaking in a loud tone, he was LITERALLY shouting at my wife, this individual even took photos of her, without ANY authorization. THIS IS AN ABSURD!) Although it is not ILAC's responsibility, something needs to be done because it is absurd for a school with ILAC's quality to be located in a building with this type of service and security. I would like to reinforce that at no time was my wife rude, insistent or anything else that would justify such a disproportionate response from this individual who is clearly not prepared to occupy the position. In addition to mentioning the entire report here, I will be personally going to the building to file a formal complaint against this security guard. I would like to remind the administration that the basic duty of a SECURITY GUARD is to maintain a SAFE environment, and not to THREATEN, USE VIOLENCE, be it of any nature, to impose their superiority. I wonder if this Richard would be this ‘macho’ if it were me or any other man in front of him, or if he only does this when he notices that it is a woman.

The class environment here is very good, and the teachers are very good.I like Natalie and Jasmine! They taught very funny and humorous lessons, and I was very happy.

Last summer, I attended ILAC for a short-term IELTS preparation course to improve my test skills for immigration purposes. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! The classes were highly enjoyable, and the teachers were incredibly dedicated and professional, making the learning experience both effective and rewarding.

I really recommend ILAC because its way to teach is amazing, also has many professional teachers that help you in the process and improve your skills . Thanks

ILAC is the most helpful for ielt in my experience. There are a lot of materials of IELTS so I can study a lot. I suggest this academy! Teachers are also very professinal. I love them. ❤️

Never in my 20 years of living in Toronto have I seen an English learning centre this unhelpful to newcomers. I have been helping with newcomers in Toronto for a long time now and hearing the story of my friend who was embarrassed & turned away by their sales and front office staff is frankly insane. My friend went to ILAC Dream Campus twice this week and was turned away BOTH times when she tried to pay for classes. The front desk straight up told her it's not her job and the sales is busy eating lunch (this was at 3PM). When the sales finally stopped eating lunch 30 minutes later and came out, my friend was ready to pay for the class, but when the sales heard my friend has previously exchanged emails with a different sales at ILAC, she immediately refused to process the payment & classes for my friend, telling my friend to come back on a different day when the other sales is in the office. How absurd is this? The other sales, Marine Gas, also never responds to emails after 11:30AM. I am wondering to the owner/manager of ILAC Dream Capus - why is it so hard for someone to pay for your service? They can't pay for it in the office, they can't get emails back after 11:30AM, how do you make any income? Your sales - either they stop working after 11:30AM, or they refuse to do their job while they are chilling in the office. What are you doing with your business? Suffice to say my friend has since found another school that is much more friendly and has actual helpful front desk staff :) ILAC - stay away if you are a newcomer looking to learn English!
