This shop was okay, I used to get matooke(green bananas) from them and a bunch of other Ugandan goodies. The owners though are very irresponsible and quite indifferent. I was once sold ripe matooke and when called them to express my grievance. They just disregarded me as if nothing had happened, even when i clearly expressed my dissatisfaction so i ended up with no refund or anything of the sort. I have never gone back since! Buy from them but know that if there is anything wrong with you items, they won’t refund you or compensate you at all.
We used this company to shipped 2 boxes last year, 1 box was open and cut in a big L shape and close the box with a clear tape, I lost a lot of items, we filed a complaint but until to this day, they just ignore it. Never again!!!
The customer service sucks!!!she doesnt know how to handle customer..and she just hang up the phone.they suppose to pick up my box last sunday.ive waited and they told me they will come in the afternoon instead of morning.i said ok.after 30 min.they called me again to let me know i have to pay another 10$.i said the original payment is 95.since your picking up it bacame 105 which is understandable.but u want more additional 10 to become 115?wow!!so u didnt pick up mine because i said it should be 10$cost for additional...wow!!
