The food is extremely below average and tastes very bland. Service and atmosphere is great however the food is not cooked/ taste well. You’re only really paying for the view/ atmosphere.
Had a great experience at Stratus. Being on the 36th floor the view is amazing, a long with the atmosphere. Service was top notch and the food was absolutelt delicious. Highly recommended!
Love that atmosphere. Good place to hang out in downtown Toronto. I would definitely recommend.Im looking forward to try the omelet. Heard a lot of good reviews from others. Looking forward to my next visit.
The service here is exceptional. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with warmth and elegance. The food is always delicious and the view is spectacular!
Recently hosted a business lunch at Stratus’ private room. Stunning view of DT Toronto along with professional set up of the room. Event coordinator and serving staff were friendly, knowledgeable and made sure we were well taken of. I would recommend the executive lunch option for larger parties. Menu can also be very accommodating for various dietary needs.
People go to Stratus for the view from the 36th floor. I wish the food was as good as the view. My duck confit was so overcooked that it became hard to cut and to eat. The service is good and fast.
Very disappointed with guest services at this restaurant. I called to book an event room and a nice lady put me in touch with the group booking department (of course I had been shopping around other five star restaurants thankfully) and the dismissive person in charge of that department messaged me to say that there was no availability on my requested date. The message was so snooty and cold. Here's a pointer: if you want to be deemed a friendly establishment maybe apologise for not having that availability on that day and offer other suggested dates that are available? Salesforce 101. Good riddance Stratus!
