(Review is for lunch takeaway not the shop) Fried fish and shrimp po'boy were each great. Delicious, not greasy, and quality ingredients. (Blackbird baguette for the sandwich, yum.) Fries were super soggy/greasy though, like the fryer wasn't hot enough. But you're there for the fish anyway, and that's stellar.
I was looking up a place to get seafood in the area and came across Hooked. In that time somehow I accidentally ended up giving Hooked a poor review. The fact that the owner reached out to see what was the problem shows me that this is a 5 star business. I will be over shortly to pick up something for dinner. Edit: I picked up some salmon and shrimp today. Amazing! Definitely 5 star.
Incredible food, great service, they go beyond to help customers. They have amazing high restaurant fish so you cant go wrong. They taught me how to shuck oysters!
Very fresh seafood, and the staff was super helpful in suggesting a fish for a recipe I wanted to try. A nice variety of things to go with seafood as well, spices, sauces, and some soups and garnishes.
