I had an extremely frustrating experience with Lux Flower Box, and I would strongly advise against using their services. I placed an order well in advance for a specific delivery date December 18 2024—my girlfriend's birthday—only to have the flowers never arrive. Despite multiple attempts to reach them through emails, phone calls, and voicemails, I have not received any communication or updates. The only thing I got was an order confirmation, and yet, I was still charged for the order that was never delivered. This lack of response and customer support is completely unacceptable. Now, I’m forced to contact Visa to dispute the charge. Terrible service, and I will never be using them again.
I absolutely LOVE this place! Not only do they give you the most beautiful arrangements! They are personal and add the extra touch! I will always use Lux flowers for every occasion! Absolutely love them!

The most beautiful flower box I've ever seen in my life. My husband buys a lot of flowers and it's hard to surprise me. However, this one for our 10 years anniversary really shocked me. OMG! When he brought it home, I felt like he took the whole garden home. Picture can't show how gorgeous it is and this shop has definitely put a lot of flowers in. I love it, and can't thank them enough for making my day!!!!!
