I have been buying restaurant equipment from leo for past 5 years and i admit the quality of customer service and after sales service has always been exceptional . they care about customers not like Nella , their prices are always right and has been our shopping destination for resturant equipment as we are very happy with quality of care provided by Leo and Amy. Great service and best prices for new equipment. The manager was just great, she showed us everything, recommended and made the best arrangements for us with the delivery. We will definitely come back.

Completely waste of time. They posted something online on facebook, i talked with them. It says 110$ online with picture. I drove 2 Hours and now guy says, it starts from 110$ actual price is 350$ They are scamming by posting wrong prices online and inviting to their warehouse. Don’t go and waste your time.
This store is the reason we shouldn't trust Google reviews at all.I went their store for fryer and bought fryer,display fridge,small freezer and 4 range cooktop .paid 500 depositDelivery supposed to be this Tuesday he cancelled ,then he said this Thursday he didn't reply my text or answer any of my phone calls .This Friday I dropped by the store and the fryer ,small freezer already disappeared (probably he sold) 4 range cooktop he said at the back(which actively for sale at Facebook by his mother )so he never prepared for delivery at all .He offered another fryer which was so dirty but I said ok after cleaning please bring my restaurant .he promised to sent my restaurant in a 30 min right away after cleaning .he never sent it or bother to call and explain. So if you want to buy sth desperately from this store always check bad reviews first and then pick your stuff right away ,asked delivery right away otherwise be ready to lose your mind and lost you money .. -edit your reply .. I am adding all text messages between me and you .from may 6 to may 18 everyday I texted and called you guys about delivery .I closed my restaurant almost 3 times bec you said there is delivery but you never reply and did complete delivery When I dropped by you sold the fryer someone else while I was waiting my delivery.. Lying without proof is not good .
