Great option to find a suit at a decent price. I came here looking for a suit for an event and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They guided me to get what I needed. I totally recommend it and I'll come back for sure
My experience here was good with the staff but the quality and the pricing of the suits were not the best. They are mostly, if not all, polyester suits. I was looking for an older style, double-breasted suit with loose fitting pants, but they only have slim and regular single breasted suits. I was able to find lots of double-breasted suits from Zara and H&M and generally for cheaper. Most suits will need to be tailored off the rack for the best fit anyway. It's all a matter of personal opinion, but i was definitely disappointed when i realized that i should've been patient and done more research.
My son purchased his grad suit from Danny, he was the most professional, efficient and friendly sales person we have ever encountered. It’s very rare to get good customer service now a days. He definitely met our expectations and more! He recommended a great suit and with all accessories. The entire process was so fast and easy. Something we gave ourselves the entire day to do was completed in 1 hour, thanks to Danny. I highly recommend him for any of your event needs. We will definitely be getting more suits from him in the future.
The store manager is extremely unprofessional and rude. I went to return a suit and she could have politely declined the return instead she screamed, swore and insulted me and my partner. I can go into details but not here, because after this incident I am deeply affected mentally. I have never experienced such behaviour from any humans let alone a mere store manager. I called Mr Gurinder multiple times but no response. My last resort is leaving a review. Attached is the video with proof.
I never leave reviews but today I’ve had enough while shopping and looking around the store two of the employees (girls) were so disrespectful for no reason they kept looking and giggling they were so judgy never felt more disrespectful. I guess they had nothing better to do, I’d fire them since they’re not much of a need, they should focus on their work instead of judging costumers disgusted.
Pathetic! If you are any size bigger than large… don’t go there. They don’t have anything that will fit. They clearly are against normal people sizes. This store is only for model sizes. The store assistant also wasn’t helpful. He just wanted to get rid of me and ignore me as I was asking for 44 size. Add more sizes.
