I used to love going to pink berry in the US so I was excited to this one out. I ordered a small which was indicated to be $5.95 on the menu overhead. The lady was nice and friendly, but she didn’t let me know that toppings were extra, nor was there any indicated on the menu. In fact, in US pink berry locations, unlimited toppings are always free. The lady said that “you can choose 4 toppings” but didn’t mention any price and only told me the final price after I chose my 4. My total was $8.95. It was kind of awkward and I think you should be letting customers know of up charges if you offer them
Loved coming here for my morning tea or for bubble tea! The lovely owner is always happy and brightens my day. Sad I will not be working in the building anymore but recommend for great service
I walk past this store on the path every morning at ~7:00AM. The one guy that works there is always already getting ready for the day while all the other stores are closed. It always looks like he is doing some extra cleaning of the machines or preparing for the day. Definitely want to try it.
I lucked out and the owner was testing out being open on Saturdays. He offered samples to see what we preferred, explained the options and took the time to make the food beautiful. I'm not from the area, but if I come back in town, I will gladly be back again.
