They were extremely sympathetic and very professional when my dad passed away, this past March.
Every single one of the employees has gone out of their way to assist our family in our time of need. Not only do they do their job well but they also make sure to assist the family in any way they can.
My mother was buried with Cardinal, and we had a rather dis-likable experience. When we bought the funeral 10 years ago they were quite polite, now that we needed their services, we were incredibly disappointed. They no longer had the prayer cards, they no longer had the coffin, and at one point the director said they would simply cancel the entire contract and refund the money. If we had been rude or belligerent, I would understand, but we simply wanted what we had paid for, and was shocked with their aggressive tactics at such an awful time.Long story short, great service when you're spending money, but when it comes time to fulfill their services, expect them to be a lot less professional.
