I'm glad I looked local and went with this company. These guys, specifically Steve was super professional and handled all my requests. The quote was fair and thousands less than another company. If you want to hire a no BS HVAC company, hire these guys.
I was disappointed with the service. I was not advised in advance that Greg would be attending, and when I returned home from shopping at around 4:00 p.m., the technician was already parked in front of my house. They stated they had just arrived and would be ready shortly. The technician spent over an hour bleeding the radiator, draining two buckets of water, but did not complete a thorough assessment. The radiator was never removed from the wall, and no compressed air or other methods were used to clear a possible blockage. I was told I could do that myself. When I asked about replacing the thermostat, no assessment was done and no options were discussed. The issue was not revisited. By the end of the visit, my radiator was still not fixed, and the steps taken were essentially the same troubleshooting I had already done on my own. No repair was completed, no plan for further service or required parts was provided, and I am still experiencing the same issue I originally called about. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
Thanks to Jeff and whole team for pulling out all stops to fix our furnace that had gone out in the middle of a sub-zero cold night. Not only did they come and analyze the problem, order the part, but personally went and picked it up and installed it - all within 24 hours. Cheerful! Reliable! Reasonable rates!
They were amazing in dealing with an urgent situation. Jeff in particular went out of his way to find the part needed to get my problem fixed so I would not go another 4 days without heat or hot water during this winter. Their quote was honest and reliable after receiving a very dishonest quote from another company. Will be using them yearly for maintenance and service. Highly recommend.
Dupont was excellent to deal with. The technician Jun was knowledgeable and repaired our Furnace and answered any questions we had. It was a pleasure dealing with the company. They will be our go to HVAC company from now on.
As has always been our experience with DuPont over the past 15 to 20 years, the service was excellent. Cody and Adam were personable, professional and knowledgeable. Jun Cao came to my place this evening to provide service to the Mitsubishi split systems that were installed by Dupont last yer. He was excellent - communicated the issue and was so polite and helpful. However, this service visit has made me less pleased with the installation. It seems the installers didn't install a drain line, so the unit was leaking into my house. Not what I expected. This is no fault of Jun's - he was was terrific.
