Trying to book a appointment through both voice mail and email but no response. Guess I'll go straight to Haworth down the road cause they handled my appointment booking within 10 min.
Got an email response confirming my appointment within an hour. Friendly staff, they let me try everything I needed to make my purchasing decision later on. Was not pressured to buy while in the showroom.
Only way to book a viewing is to email the showroom and schedule a time to visit. I was looking for a chair for a personal office and Diane took the time to show me all the chairs (and materials) I was interested in. My personal experience both with email responses and the visit overall was A+.
Didn’t realize I needed an appointment so showed up to the building only to be turned away - no one picks up the phone and judging by the reviews, the messages either. 2 stars because I’m waiting to see if I’ll get a return voicemail within the week….
Sent an email with no response. Called and no response. Same as all the other negative reviews on here. If I performed this way at my job, I'd be fired. Apparently they don't care to lose out on business.
A bit tricky to find out how to make an appointment / who to email, but once done - they were very nice and helpful - thanks for letting me try the chairs!
I was interested in testing out a Leap chair but hadn't been able to find a place to do so. I contacted the WorkLife showroom and their team was very responsive and allowed me to test out a bunch of different chairs that I was interested in. Big thanks to Diane for taking the time to show me each of the chairs I was interested in!
