Shopped at Good Neighbour on Roncesvalles for the first time last week. The store is really fun to explore and nicely organized. Nice selection of stylish men's and women's casual clothes and home goods. Staff were helpful while giving me the space to explore on my own. One of the things I really appreciated is I tried on a dress that I needed a second opinion on. Rather than just telling me it looked good, Ella pointed me to a better option. Additionally, I purchased a really cute pink linen shirt that I wore for the first time last weekend. 2 women stopped me to ask where I got it, saying it was what they had been looking for. I will definitely be back.
I had such a great experience shopping here thanks to the amazing staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and a warm welcome. Everyone I interacted with was not only helpful but also incredibly kind and patient. They took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed, and even offered helpful suggestions without being pushy. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends.
Amazing shopping experience from start to finish. The products, staff and ambiance were perfectly aligned this and every other time I’ve shopped here. You’re always greeted with a smile, but given space to shop independently if you want. I’ll be back, many times in the future!
The number of times I have walked into this store and been completely ignored by the staff is very disheartening. Clearly, the employees would rather talk amongst themselves than help customers. Maybe it’s because I don’t give off the appearance of someone who could afford to shop there but I’m always happy to take my money elsewhere. It’s not a perfect alternative, but check out Muttonhead on Roncy instead. Great clothing that is mostly made in Canada, and the staff are always so friendly.

(2024)Good Neighbour turned 10years old! The decorations and selections in the store are always beautiful and make me excited to choose gifts for friends and families. Their 10th Anniversary tote, tee and mug are especially nice. I really enjoyed some coffee with an original mug at home.
