I’ve been a customer of Downtown Genesis for about five years, and while the experience used to be excellent, the service has significantly declined over the last two years. Getting a call back from store managers has become nearly impossible, and communication is consistently poor. It’s disappointing to see a business go from great service to this level of unresponsiveness. As a long-time customer, I expect better and hope they take this feedback seriously and make improvements.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from Downtown Genesis Group. I’ve been trying to start my online BlueLink application for the past 4 days, and despite reaching out multiple times to my sales representative, Joey, I’ve gotten zero assistance. Instead of helping me with the process, he keeps sending me numbers to call and telling me to do it myself. This is after-sales service at its worst. Very frustrating and unprofessional—I'm beyond disappointed. Would not recommend.
