A terrific gift shop in the neighbourhood with lots of home decor gift ideas, great selection of cards. They also carry artisan jewellery, great puzzles not typical ones and hatley clothing—something for everyone. I always find a gift when I go in and the owner is always friendly and willing to help you find the right gift idea. There is always so much to see in the store that you need to take your time and go through the store at least twice.
God awfully rude clerk on Wed afternoons. Went in to check on greeting cards and she scowled and refused to answer simple questions. Im taking my business elsewhere.
I went in to return some items hoping to receive a refund but that is not why I am upset. They have a no refund policy that is expressed with a tiny sign that cannot be seen to the purchasing customer. If a store has a refund policy it should be known and displayed. When I complained of this the retail associate was most unhelpful. Such a shame. They gave no receipt
Google shows the store is open on Sundays 12 pm to 5pm. Came around 3.30 pm today Feb 5, and the store sign shows Sunday closed. Please update your information on Google.
Lots of creative interesting cute unique gift items. Mostly handmade from other countries. I enjoyed checking out their display. Space is limited. Price is a bit higher. No parking at the store but there's some along street.
I was in the store today with a friend and when he coughed the employee made a rude comment about it. It’s winter!! People are sick!! If you aren’t comfortable with germs then stay home!
The shop is good they have alot of interesting things. Its a bit pricey but its on yonge street it makes sense. But i am giving the 1 star because the employees are so rude. 2 days in a row ( the only 2 times ive been there) she has no acknowledged me. But will acknowldge the older clients. This is not okay just because i am ypinger doesnt mean i am not a paying customer. I wont be returning.
