I was excited to bring my toddler there based on the reviews. I wanted to get more info and called about 6 or 7 times but no one ever answered the phone. I emailed them twice within 2 weeks and absolutely got no response! So, I'm going to give the customer service a zero! I finally called one last time and got a hold of the owner who acknowledges that she received my emails but did not even apologize for not responding! If you want to run a proper business, hire a damn receptionist! I finally get the info I needed and she tells me to wait till June 11 to register but doesn't tell me that there are limited weekend spots and that existing members get first access to those classes! I check online today and see that there are no more weekend classes left for the fall and registration hasn't even opened up for new members yet! So overall, this experience for me was frustrating and a waste of my time!
Such an inviting environment at High junction. Zoe is such a wonderful coach, and you can see her enthusiasm is so genuine. She perfectly straddles the line between serious and fun, we are just so lucky to have her.
Suzi truly cares about her students and the families in her community. The top-notch, personalized customer service and enthusiasm from the coaches set this gym apart. Regardless of how busy it was, we always felt great coming and the environment was clean and welcoming. My daughter even did her “Hero” project at school on one of her HJ coaches!
Every week our 4-year-old son really looks forward to his gymnastics classes at High Junction (and we would hear otherwise:). While we can only see a bit of what he'ss doing from the windows, he always comes out happy and full of beans. The classes are well sized, not too big, and the parking is easy and accessible. Highly recommended for young kids.
Let me start by saying that owner and teacher Suzi is one-of-a-kind and absolutely one of the BEST instructors I have ever met. This is a community - a family. Children are challenged and actually learn here, but ALWAYS have smiles on their faces and fill the air with laughter. My son turns three this January. He thrives in this environment and Suzi knows exactly how to engage and interact with him. He is over-the-top energetic and can be a handful, doesn't stop talking and sometimes has trouble with listening. Suzi and her staff have never judged him for this. Rather, they encourage, are able to redirect his focus and energy and have unlimited patience with him. I cannot recommend this INCREDIBLE gem enough!!!! Thank you Suzi and all the staff here. We genuinely love you all and you make our Fridays the best they could possibly be!!!
I have been to other gymnastics studios and this one is by far the best! They care about your child and that they have fun while also working hard. My daughter loves it and never misses a class. Everyone is so kind!
We love it for our 4 year old daughter. The instructors are great with her. Update: now both my girls (7 and 9) are regulars at high junction. Suzi and her staff are the best! We love that the level of gymnastics is high, but it's not a super competitive environment. The kids learn a lot and have a great time.
