Writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience. My appointment, which was booked directly with the owner, Miranda, was cancelled with only two hours' notice. The reason provided—that the appointment was "not confirmed"—is unacceptable, as I received a confirmation and had it clearly marked in my calendar. This last-minute cancellation caused a significant disruption to my scheduled day. What makes this especially frustrating is that I am not a new client; I completed my Hair Extension Certificate with Miranda at this salon last year. It is both shocking and disheartening to see that a business I trusted for professional education operates with such a lack of regard for its clients' time. This experience has severely damaged my confidence in their customer service and operational integrity.

I got tape in extensions put in by them and I have never been disappointed by the hair, my root touch ups or even a haircut. The girls do a great job and are very talented.
