had an amazing experience with lucas doing the x body ems training. it was my first time using the machine and he was very patient and encouraging guiding me through everything while simultaneously wrecking my muscles all within 20 min. don’t think i’ve ever been so sore in my life (in a good way of course). couldn’t recommend him enough. other staff working there were also lovely and the whole environment felt really relaxing. would definitely come back.
I had no idea Sous La had this hidden gem sanctuary. I’ve been to many wellness clinics in Toronto, but nothing compares. The equipment is top of the line, no corners cut. The Kala red light is my favourite, but the infrared sauna is equally incredible, offering both red light and NIR for a full spectrum treatment. The cold plunge bath keeps its temperature perfectly (and yes, it’s much easier knowing the sauna is waiting after ?). The staff are another highlight. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and take a holistic, individualized approach. I’ve been coming here for about a month now to help manage my autoimmune disease, and in that short time I’ve noticed significant improvements in joint pain, sleep quality, and energy levels. It’s truly been a saving grace for my health. I also had a massage here, and the RMT impressed me by really taking my medical history into account. Instead of just providing a cookie cutter treatment, they tailored the plan for me, recognizing that lymphatic massage wasn’t the best fit for my body at the time. That level of care and understanding is rare. If you’re looking for a clinic with rigid, one size fits all treatments, this is not the place. But if, like me, you value intelligent, compassionate providers who understand that your body has unique needs, Sous La is the sanctuary you’ve been searching for. Thank you to the ENTIRE team ?

Wow! What an amazing girls evening experience! From the moment we walked in we were spoiled!!! The team at Sous La Face took very good care of us and all the little details. I had the RRR treatment which was incredible! Like nothing I’ve ever experienced before but will certainly be going back!!! My face felt rejuvenated and fresh.
