Andre was incredible. Our furnace wouldn't start over the weekend right when the freezing weather hit, but Andre came out and quickly diagnosed the issue. He was even able to get it running long enough to keep us warm until he could get the replacement parts—which he installed the very next day! Andre is such a friendly and knowledgeable guy. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs their furnace fixed!

STUNNED. I took a shot in the dark and called Andre. Well, shockingly he answered the phone. He replaced my entire furnace and humidifier quickly and explained everything he was doing in a user friendly manner. He answered all my questions calmly and courteously without the “fluff or hidden sales pitch.” However what impressed me the most is that he is a very honest businessman. He easily could have taken advantage of the fact that we were without heat in the home for 2 weeks solid (not to mention being elderly folks ) It just reminded me of that good old fashion service that is unheard of today. I am so happy and grateful for stumbling upon his company. It relieves a lot of stress knowing I can completely trust and have faith in his business practices.
