I bought 2 heaters from Shayan and the pricing and deliver were fair and simple. When it came time to install them one was missing a very small part. Instead of having to wait for a long warranty clain Shayan offer to take the piece off of one the units in his shop. This save me time and money not having to bring back in electrians weeks later to install the unit missing the small part! It was amazing that he went above and beyond to make my experience 5 star!
