The employees are always friendly and helpful, they are willing to answer any questions you have. While the prices are slightly higher than general gaming stores the service is the best in the industry.

Pushy sales staff. Dishonest business practices. Even when you jump through all the hoops that their promotions demand, they make up extra rules on the spot just to deny you the freebie advertised. Foolish way to treat people, and bad for business. People remember how you make them feel. It was my second ever GW visit. Had a good time the first day, but I learned the hard way that not all their staff are equal--that some will be straight-up disrespect your modelling work just to save the store a nickel. Don't make a long trek to get out here like I did and don't get into Warhammer like I was about to. There are plenty of better options, and those games will have communities that welcome you.

I'm new to Warhammer, so I had no idea where to start and was extremely nervous when I arrived at the store. So, a huge thank you to the staff; they explained everything in detail, answered my questions, and even demonstrated how certain paints work and what brushes to use. I'm incredibly upset that, given how nervous I was, I couldn't remember the name of the guy behind the counter. He was extra friendly and helpful, made the introduction to the hobby ten times easier! I'm gonna make sure to visit the shop each and every time I'm in Toronto! If I could, would go there every weekend. Wonderful experience :D

Great guys working here that make the store environment even better. From the store manager to the front desk folks. Always a pleasure. Even if they are closed for the day due to maintenance, they will still see if they can help you. Excellent customer service!

Came here unsure as to where to begin to paint and buy miniatures and Chris helped me and explained everything perfectly, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable guy. 10/10

One of the staff members was quite patronizing towards me, even if my question was stupid or basic, I shouldn't be getting rolling eyes and weird comments. The staff that sold me the items as very nice and helpful!

It's a chain store that sells only their own products, but the staff are super friendly and enthusiastic, and there are tables where you can learn to assemble and paint or play the games sold. Good, friendly environment. Highly recommended! Say hi to John, the manager while you're there. Say hi to the other staffers, Paolo and Chris while you're at it!
