Working with hockeystickman online to update my goalie gear after a 16 year break has been a fantastic experience. At this point I had no idea what might fit me and what wouldn't. They asked for my measurements and found me a set of pads that would work. The first pads I ordered were out of stock, but they quickly corrected the error, went out of their way to find me a suitable replacement, and gave me an extra $100 to spend on a different set of pads meaning I got a nicer set than I originally set out to buy. Throughout the process the customer service team of Ty in Belleville, and Brian and Jake in Toronto have been responsive, helpful, and assuaged any worries I have. Additionally, I'm based in the UK so I really wanted to get the sizing right, and they really went above and beyond to find me something that works for me. I highly recommend hockeystickman and while being a smaller goalie makes it tricky to find prostock, it was worth the wait to find something that suits me. I'll certainly be looking at chest protectors and skates there in the future... maybe even a stick or to. Went in to sharpen my skates and the employee who was behind the service counter was acting like I didn’t know what I was asking for. Not sure why he gave me attitude while I was asking for a sharpen because not only was it terrible but my steel came back all scratched on the sides. Also saw him taking photos of my skates which is a little disturbing. I don’t appreciate paying for a service and have some kid damage $200 worth of steel and take photos of $1700 skates. Just a sketchy experience all around.

Pro blackout extra lite goalie sticks are the same weight as Warrior Pro+ and so far durability is great through 3 months of 3 skates weekly. Tossed a t-shirt on my last order because why not and the quality is excellent on those too. Super fast shipping as well. Keep up the good work boys.
