I took my turntable to John to be calibrated and optimized. What I got in addition to a drastically improved listening experience was an afternoon of companionship, fascinating tidbits of industry and product knowledge, and a very nice espresso. My dad and I had a wonderful time hanging out with John, never mind the elevated listening experience from my turntable. One day, I plan to take you up on your offer to come back and listen to some tunes!
Customer service is amazing, they helped me with an appraisal for two of my items and were super helpful with them even with my lack of knowledge and took the extra mile to take down my contact information to try and find an item that 4 other stores couldn’t find or even offer to help me.
