Lovely little store, so knowledgeable on the every product I wish I came into this store earlier! All their products are great I came in for bee pollen but left with some hot honey also! They gave me so many samples the honey comb and cheese was magical. Best store one the bloordale strip for sure!
The gentleman assisted me and I ask about the products he explain it to me and also gives a a freebee(get it)like this on the picture and also a free taste of the honey on a popsicle stick. Very lovely experience, definitely gonna comeback!
I did a beeswax candle making class here back in February and it was absolutely amazing. Oliver is super kind and knowledgeable and taught such a fun class. They’ve got great products here and it’s just such a good vibe, I will definitely bee back
This place is amazing. The staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful. I will be taking their beekeeping classes in April and can't wait. Oliver is very knowledgeable and helpful. Also has a great selection of beeswax candles at a great price. Truly a honey pot of a place.
Popped by this store for the first time after having walked by it on numerous occasions. I bought a small jar of honey and honey lozenges.. it was almost closing time, but the shop keeper took his time to give me an overview of his candle making classes and even let me sample a piece of cheese smothered with a morsel of honeycomb- it was the perfect blend of sweet with savory. The honey I purchased was so fresh, and I learned so much about bees and honey in my 10 minute visit. It's tough to find proprietors who are so passionate about what they do and are enthusiastic to teach others about it- was very refreshing. Lots of types of honey products in store: I will be back!
Kids loved the workshop and tasting. Great local honey. Cute bees. It would be great if the city converted the empty parking next to the shop into a nice parkette with flowers for the bees and kids.
I bought organic herds and vegetable seeds. More than half of them never sprouted and the rest that actually grew, are the worst quality of organic seeds I've ever purchased. I'll never buy anything from them again.
