Their lack of proper understanding of our case and completely incorrect guidance led to significant financial losses and a huge waste of time. Mana Immigration is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. One of their case specialists in their Tehran office treated me in a highly inappropriate and offensive manner. Due to numerous mistakes and negligence by Ms. LEILA GHAFFARI, I visited their office to address my concerns. She was there and, shockingly, reacted aggressively and disrespectfully toward me. Even after I reported this to the company's manager, Mr. IMAN MOAYEDI, no action was taken! Their lack of proper knowledge caused me significant financial loss. They recommended the worst possible immigration path for me, solely focusing on obtaining a visa to claim success, without considering my future. Their main goal was just to take my money, not to ensure the best outcome for my immigration journey. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against working with this agency.
