Mr. Kaminker is an amazing lawyer. He understands what you need, want, and is always there for his clients. He was very responsive and helpful to all inquiries me and my family had. Ultimately, he made what seemed very difficult, possible.
This guy never answers his phone. My partner has been trying to get her PR for 7 years. Lawyers are a joke. Have no moral compass. Only see money. My partner is of the vulnerable population. It's a shame to see this happen to her but not unexpected.
I had a very disappointing experience with Kaminker & Associates while processing my Permanent Residency application in Canada between 2019 and 2020. Initially, I was drawn to the firm by their impressive credentials and awards, but unfortunately, the service fell far short of expectations. The lawyer handling my case disappeared without notice, and the legal assistant was unresponsive—when she did reply, her responses were unclear and unhelpful. After the lawyer went on maternity leave, I was left in the hands of someone else who never contacted me back. Despite paying over $6,000 in legal fees, I received no support or clear answers. When I attempted to escalate the matter, I was told the principal lawyer was charging even more money but still failed to provide answers to my questions. In the end, I decided to take matters into my own hands and successfully completed my Permanent Residency application myself. I highly recommend contacting the Public Officers from the IRCC and handling the process directly—it's straightforward and much more cost-effective than spending thousands of dollars on unresponsive service. I did not receive an apology, a refund, or any acknowledgment of the poor service I experienced. I would caution anyone considering this firm to think twice; it’s not worth the money, and you can easily do the process on your own.

I don't even know where to start. I did my PR application with Ashley Fisch and the ENTIRE process was the most stressful and inconvenient ever. I paid $6000 + Immigration fees thinking I would have a peace of mind but far away from that. She submitted everything last minute, even though she had all the documents and I met her multiple times. Her assistant Noemi and her never communicated properly, they didn't know where they put my documents. Long story short, one of the worse things in my terrible experience was when she left on maternity leave (without letting me know beforehand she was going to leave) she left my case with someone named Eric who NEVER emailed me and I've never heard from. I had to reached out to Hart Kaminker, the owner of the firm. He only cares about your money and not solving any of your issues. Ashley did not pay the immigrations fees on time and I could've had my application denied for her delay. On the other hand, when I asked why this was not paid on time, I only heard I owed the fee (which Ashley told me it was paid with email as proof) but he only wanted his money, he doesn't care at all about you as an immigrant nor a person desperate for answers. It is so sad because I had such good recommendations of Ashley but she definitely left me without explanations of why she paid the fees late. I had to take over my PR application and finalize it myself, otherwise I would've been denied for sure. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!
I had really a very good experience since the first day. They are very professional and they are teamwork you can depend on them. I am much appreciated for your help and support and I am thankful to everyone in this wonderful team and especially Hart and Wafa, you did a great job.
Not worth the fee he charged. Didn't answer the questions we asked him and no follow-up replies. Lack of knowledge in my opinion. Not worth even 1 star.
