Extremely overpriced with Extremely dopey, lazy and rude service. Most of the stuff is expired and they charge exorbitant amount of money. The guy in the front looks like he is clinging to life and the rest of the staff is overtly suspicious and hostile. The price is so high that it is almost a scam. And much of the stuff is also expired, so check twice. Bad experience altogether.

Nav’s Grocery is one of the best local stores in Toronto for authentic Indian and South Asian groceries. Every visit feels like shopping back home — from the aroma of fresh spices to the wide selection of traditional snacks, lentils, and flours. The store is clean, organized, and always stocked with everything you might need, from fresh vegetables and fruits to dairy products, frozen foods, and ready-to-eat meals. What I really appreciate about Nav’s Grocery is the quality and freshness of their products. The vegetables are always crisp and fresh, and the packaged goods are neatly arranged and well-labeled. Their spice section is amazing, offering all popular Indian brands like MDH, Everest, and Catch. Prices are very reasonable, and they often have great deals on bulk items. The staff at Nav’s Grocery are friendly, helpful, and always greet customers with a smile. They take the time to assist and even recommend products if you’re unsure about what to buy. The checkout process is quick and hassle-free. Overall, Nav’s Grocery is a gem in Toronto for anyone who loves authentic Indian food and ingredients. It’s a store that brings true Indian flavors to your kitchen. Highly recommended for quality, variety, and excellent service!

The neighborhood store for Indian grocery items requirements. Friendly staff nd good variety available They have a large variety of things and mostly you would get what you are looking for We are regulars shopping for our requirements of Indian things here in this store. Most of the time we get what we are looking for. They also stock fresh vegetables and fruit that Indians like and would not find in normal grocery stores They are open 7 days a week so you don’t need to worry about them being closed when you visit. The location is convenient and can be reached easily

Very high pricing compared to the other indian and local stores. The most irritating part is most of the indian stores- they don’t put the price tag on 90% of their products and if you find out the price of some products, it’s not the actual price, they will say it’s old price our prices has changed like seriously.. Dude you’re in Canada so don’t be it like India.. change for better please

I have been shopping with this store since long time and never had issue and is having wide variety of grocery. But, I got Britania toast on 31st March and I didn’t check expiry date trusting the store and they put it on sale. When checking the EXPIRY DATE at home it was April 2 2025 just after 2 days when I bought it. I highly recommend everyone to check the expiry date for each product specially marked on sale.

I had worst experience of life there. Always ask for the receipt and check your items. I was charged for good day butter biscuit which I didn't buy and noticed when I checked the bill at home. My friend also had same experience at the store. Be aware of this.

Very disappointed that they refused VISA Card on the pretext that it has been issued by SBI India... On the Contrary this VISA Card is accepted every where in TORONTO... Is it not ridiculous..

Hi Ajay, we have clearly indicated everywhere in the counter and in the store in relation to non-acceptance of international cards. We are having a lot of issues with international cards and money has been pulled out from our account. ( if there were no issues with these cards, we wouldn't have put SIGNS on our store).
