Super welcoming atmosphere; Laura was a fantastic instructor—before the class started she went out of her way to help me adjust my seat, the handlebars, and my shoes. She made sure I was comfortable and has a positive attitude. The other staff were very pleasant to interact with as well (choosing my shoes, asking about the showers). I highly recommend this place!

Literally a magical place to work out All staff and instructors are really incredible :) If you want to be in a great shape and feel that you are in home definitely go there. Thanks for all!!
My favourite spot for spinning classes!! I love the energy of instructors and amazing experience. One of the few studios with 9:30am hours available if 7am is too early :) highly recommend!!
I did Daniel’s class today, and it was the best spin class I’ve ever taken! His playlist was GREAT, his energy was unmatched, and he really helped motivate and encourage the whole class. I’ll definitely be taking another class of Daniel’s soon!
Definitely recommend! Amazing staff, never push you beyond your limits. Will meet you where you are, and I can personally vouch for all staffs. Dania, Sharon, Laura are just of the amazing individuals I’ve met there! The instructors are also AMAZING! Very happy I got the pleasure of meeting Sarah, Quinn, John, Rory and we all know and love Dana Rocket! Veronica , this is my call for you to teach more classes! You are amazing!
