The most MISERABLE and DEPRESSING man lives here. Every interaction with him is unpleasant and he charges $5 per page. WILL NEVER REPEAT!! Try PRINTMAN on Danforth near Pape for better prices and less complaining!
I always go here for my printing and faxing and never had an issue. Very convenient location and he provides other services like laptop rentals, the purchase of laptops and more at good prices. Check them out if you get a chance, won’t the stop.
This place definitely helped me out “in a pinch” on Wednesday, May 7, 2025. The thing was I had to do this Personality and Logic Test with respect to a prospective job. However, the software failed to launch on the computers both at the public library and at the nearby social services office (located at Jarvis Street and Wellesley Street East). Here, the software ran with no problems (thus, enabling me to take and complete that Personality and Logic Test). Unfortunately, I took off one star in the respect that the area in around where the computer terminals are could be spruced up; and look more professional.
I’d rate zero star if i could for price and customer service . 10 cents for printing in library which is 1 min walk away and these guys charge 2.25$ for jus a sheet..! Overcharging..!
HORRRRIBLE place for fed ex pick up, I don’t know why fed ex continue to give packages here WITHOUT NOTICE. Who ever the man taking calls, should just quit his job considering how miserable his attitude is toward everyone infront of him. Please listen to the reviews! this place down should be taken down asap
I had a package that I was shipping out from this Fed Ex centre last week. Unfortunately, I don't have good things to say about this place, for the moment. The box, which was labelled with stickers that read fragile and caution because it had electronics inside, was taken by the man who proceeded to pick it up with one hand, dangling it before I hope to have settled it down somewhere. I've picked up packages here before as well, regrettably, where they seem to be amassed in some mountain of packages that the owner pulls or, in some cases, rips from. I'm disappointed by the service quite honestly, and the store needs a bit of a makeover. It's dark, dingy and disorganized, and it feels weird being inside. Let some more light in, and please be more cautious with people's shipments, but for now, if you're considering this place, look elsewhere.
I went to pick up my UPS packages. The notices show I had two deliveries to pick up. The owner claimed he can only see one delivery to pick up. Told me to go home to call UPS for my second package. I called UPS while standing in the store. The place is dark, disorganized and dirty. I got UPS on the phone and they said it was delivered to this location. It took 30 minutes to get UPS on the call to confirm. Yet, the owner said no package. I started looking on his rack which he keep his deliveries. Took me less than 30 seconds to locate my package. He made no attempts to help to find the package or apologize for the mishaps. He does not care you just wasted 30 minutes for something that would take only a minute. Rule #1 in retail - give great customer service. He did not even attempt to provide customer service.
