Went here for the buck a shuck special. Oyster quality wasn’t great and it was quite small. So I wouldn’t go here for oysters. We did get other dishes, but definitely overpriced for the quality which was very mid. The service and staff were fantastic though! Very friendly and polite and always around to help.
i came here SO many times for the oysters. My favourite thing on the menu, super fresh and a great variety of condiments. The food is also amazing and very well cooked. The deals they put out for the oysters are great for its quality and I’d definitely recommend to go try this place at least once. The atmosphere is also so beautiful!! In addition, they did a free birthday celebration for my sister :))
10pm happy hour, got: - Salmon Sashimi - very fresh - Malpeque Oysters - fresh but very small - Stamina Hotate - very good flavou. Chewy, but the more you chewed the more flavourful it got lol. - Red sake sangria Would come back again! Amazing value for the quality and great service.
Great sushi and short ribs. Always friendly and quick service. Nicer bar than I thought - so glad we picked here because we were looking for a place showing the Blue Jays final, and the tv at the bar had a good volume for the game. In the end it was a bonus to watch the game here with far better food than sports-pub food.
Went there for their oyster deals on Tuesday and Wednesday and will definitely be back to try more of the menu. The service was excellent and everything we ordered was delicious. Along with the incredible oysters, East Coast for $1 each and West Coast at 12 for $10, we tried the sliders, mac and cheese, and the yuzu hamachi. Every dish was outstanding, but the star of the evening was definitely the yuzu hamachi. The fish was exceptionally fresh, perfectly balanced with the citrusy yuzu, and the portion size was generous. I also want to highlight the staff. They were truly amazing. Our table was always well attended and even the host and busser were happy to take our order, which really stood out. Overall it was an excellent dining experience. Thank you.
I was really craving Japanese food, so I searched near my place and found this restaurant. I was so surprised that the oden tasted just like real Japanese oden. For Japanese people, this is the season when everyone starts eating oden, so it really warmed my heart. Also, thank you so much to the two lovely ladies for the great service even though it was close to last order! とても美味しかったです。 ありがとうございます?
Great 1$ oysters! Rolls were great as well and the specials we tried were not our favorite but they were different for sure. Overall you should definitely give this place a try, amazing food, service, and nice ambiance.
