Whenever I needed a gift for my wife, I was always greatly rewarded by listening to Valentina's advice. Since I found this store 8 years ago, it's become very easy for me to surprise my wife. I recommend this store to everyone for its quality and the best prices. Even if you just need to repair and restore old jewelry, there's no cheaper or more effective solution for almost any problem. Jast check it out.
I recently visited this jewelry store, and I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional level of service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and highly professional. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offered knowledgeable guidance without any pressure. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and every interaction felt sincere and customer-focused. It’s clear that the team takes pride in their work and truly cares about delivering the best experience. I left completely satisfied with my purchase and the service I received. Highly recommended! Definitely will be back again
For a few years now, I have been fortunate to be a happy client of Aaron Signature. They were able to revive and repair different jewellery items and watches. The work was completed professionally and timely. Highly recommend AS services if you need a unique gift or quick repair.
Such a pleasant experience. The ladies were very welcoming and kind. I received the best service they helped me find exactly what I needed. 10/10 would recommend.
I visited this pawn shop hoping to view and purchase some jewelry. The red-haired saleslady was very helpful, however, the blonde-haired Russian manager was extremely rude and aggressive. (Upon reading other reviews, I am noticing that this unpleasant experience with the blonde lady is a common occurrence for other customers.) In the span of our 5-10 minute conversation, she snapped at me after a few questions, and brushed me off to storm back into her office. I was quite shocked by our exchange. When a customer is planning to make a large purchase of several thousand dollars, I think the store representatives should expect that some questions & negotiations will naturally take place. EDIT: I am adding additional clarification after the owner’s response, as they made several inaccurate statements. The conversation with the manager went as follows: CUSTOMER: (Inquired if there were additional discounts, or if the manager’s offer was the final offer) MANAGER: Well that depends. How would you like to pay? CUSTOMER: I can pay by cash. MANAGER: (Recalculates the total & suggests that the given price be tax inclusive) CUSTOMER: (Inquired again if the recalculated tax inclusive sum was the final offer) MANAGER: Well you’re already saving the 13% on tax. What else are you asking for. CUSTOMER: Yes, I know. Many stores will make that offer. I am wondering if you will have any additional discounts on top. (It is not true that the customer “openly declared without any inducement”, and based on the manager’s actions, she was eager to receive cash. The manager was also the one who offered not to charge the customer the 13% on top. The customer did not ask for “no tax”; the customer asked if there were possible additional discounts on top of the tax inclusive price.) In addition, the business’ response states that the customer made “demands”; in reality, the manager was so aggressive throughout the interaction, I was actually repeatedly attempting to de-escalate her by stating, “I am not trying to anger/aggravate you. I am simply asking. I want us both to be happy in this transaction.” This store is a pawn shop, and negotiating prices for bundle purchases is a regular industry practice. Both parties are welcome to make/ask for offers, and to decline offers. The business is welcome to say, “No thank you. Our final offer is $$$.” There is no need to snap at a customer who inquires, especially when they have been cordial the entire transaction, and asking about a large value purchase. My review is not about either party freely declining the transaction, it is about the manager’s attitude towards the customer. However, I DO believe that there is a need for businesses to be accountable for their actions. It is very human and perhaps possible that the manager could have been having a bad day, however, it shows a great deal of customer care and appreciation for a business to be willing to step up and say, “We recognize that you are dissatisfied, and we would love another opportunity to demonstrate how great our service truly is.” (P.S. There are several other reviews that mention in exact words “blonde Russian lady”, which I am referencing. To point out this one area to claim victimhood is an attempt to grasp at straws.)
Just went there to get some links removed from my watch. The conversation over the phone was very pleasant and the atmosphere in the store was nice as well. If you have any problem with your watches, these are the people for sure!
I was looking for a watch and max was very helpful. The prices are very friendly and I ended up buying 3 watches. They have a good selection of watches and jewellery.
