This review is only about 3 years overdue lol. My partner had gifted me a ring for Christmas. A very rich meal later, and my hands were swollen and that ring was NOT coming off. We tried every trick on the Internet; nothing worked. I was in full-blown panic mode! Fortunately, we found the Den, and Kristin rescued me by sawing the ring off my finger (not as scary as it sounds). She then resized it for me, all at a very reasonable price. To this day it is my favourite ring and I wear it every day.
My partner booked a ring making class for us for my birthday, and the experience did not disappoint. While I didn’t expect to make friends with 2 beautiful birds and a precious pup, it was honestly the highlight of our night. It didn’t hurt that we had such engaged conversation, a patient, non-judgemental teacher, a killer playlist and the option to throw on any VHS from the Den’s huge collection either! The studio is quiet, laid back and homey. The options for what you can create are endless. The end result is gorgeous, I will treasure these rings for years to come. If you have the creative itch, are looking for a great, experiential gift, or just want to try something new, I can’t recommend the Den enough.
First off I wanted to say that Krissy is an absolute angel. I ordered a custom ring at Megacon and she was so helpful and accommodating. Not only that but the ring came out BEAUTIFULLY, its stunning and I couldn't be happier!
Participated in the silver stamping session. It was informative and fun. I left with a silver ring that I stamped and textured (stretched from size 11 to 13.5) that I am proud to wear. Highly recommended.
Kristin was ABSOLUTELY amazing. She was engaging and her pets are just the best. The best part of this whole experience was her company and how knowledgeable she was. It felt like a hang with my friend! Really recommend anything with The Den, the space has soo much character and was unlike what I thought it'd be like.
My Fiance and I had a private wedding workshop today and it was AMAZING. We had so much fun and our instructor was great with handling our incompetence. We now have a set of beautiful wedding bands for our big day and we cannot wait to wear them! Highly recommend this unique and intimate experience!
