Well, tonight was the first time for me at Nora Shawarma, the food presentation is very bad, the chicken Shawarma Plate and the salad are mixed, the chicken was over cooked and taste weird, the salad has no taste, to be honest, I asked to taste Falafel, and the guy made one for me for free, that Falafel doesn’t taste like Falafel. I would mention that the prices are very high compared to the food quality. Lastly, the washroom was very dirty, I felt I wanted to throw up once I got into it, it’s really nasty!! It was the first time for me there and the last. I don’t recommend going there.

The young guy working tonight around 10:45pm was busting his ass off alone and still had the time to be kind and friendly while serving all the people who visited. I hope management knows just how hard he works and that he gets some recognition for it.

The dirtiest place I've ever seen in my life. The bathroom was beyond description. I don't know why the health department didn't seal it. The sandwich was broken. I don't know what I ate. I'll never go back. And I recommend you never buy anything. The food was more expensive than the menu. The staff was rude. The food was all stale and stale. Don't go here, everyone. If I get poisoned, I will sue.

It's the worst place to order food to eat. The food is not fresh, plus everything is mixed with onion, even the food is supposed to be without onion. The guy is not reliable. He said no onion but he put onions and wrapped it. And also He uses the same gloves to wrap the food, serve the food and clean the counter. I am allergic to onion so that I told him without onions prior placing my order and he said "okay , dont worry" however, when I opened the shuarma wrap, he put chickpeas mixed with raw-onion. I reminded him I'm allergic to onions, so he dumped everything on the wrapped paper and tried to pick the onions, and he told me it's onion free. So he said everything is removed and refilled without onions. Then when i opened to eat, lots of onion in it. I went to tell and show him, but, he said with anger tone of voice that he couldn't do anything about it. He didn't even offer to give me another one... he just accepted my returned food and kept it either to eat or to sell for another customer. What sort of customer service is this? Instead of apologizing and offering me a new one, he gave me attitude instead. This is 3rd time that happened to me with different food, that's why now I have decided to write a review.

Murad is the one who always gives fairly smaller portions compared to regualr portions not anyone else. I am a regular customer here so i know everyone here by name.. i am not sure if he is the owner or he does that so that he doesnt have to prepare. He is the worst employee there so far. I get different platings and portions every time I order through Uber.

Horrendous quick service restaurant, trashy and fraudulent. Does not fill container with food, makes orders incorrectly, overpriced and provides day old food - crusty rice, dry chicken. A poor excuse of a place.

Today I bought a chicken shawarma. It’s very cold. It's a dirty place. The chicken is very cold and the salad leaves are spoiled/rotten please do not go anyone.
