I should have read the reviews first…this place is terrible. Go elsewhere. They sell you a bibimbap that is actually some cold rice with little on top. Bad taste and poor service.
Their fried chicken burger was by far the worst burger I’d ever had, and I’m not picky with food at all. The chicken was okay, but it was the shredded carrots and especially the seasoning in it that I hated. Good staff, good chicken, but the food tasted really bad overall. Most definitely not worth the $11-12 I paid.
Not enough meat.. if I knew how cheap you ppl were I would’ve just went to Korea house.. the meat to rices ratio was super odd. 10% meat when beef is the first word is nasty work. Do better.
The WORST meal I've had in my life. I don't even know how to describe it in words. I had the bulgogi and japchae and threw everything out. Save your money!
This is the worst burger I’ve ever had, it’s completely different from the picture, and cost $30 for 2 sandwiches and 1 disgusting fires. the fried chicken sandwich was so bad with the carrots inside, and the beef sandwich is burnt. It’s absolute waste of $30, worst experience in”korean food” ever.
This review is for the Square One Shopping Centre location (most likely a new branch since it's not on Google Maps yet.) I chose to write a review still because I could tell others had bad experiences based on the other reviews for the Toronto location. I ordered a Bibimbap which never felt like one when I received my order. I have been into Korean foods for a long time now since I enjoy the dishes that they offer, so I saw Bibimbap and figured it would taste the same or better than the other Bibimbaps I've had before, only to end up worse. I never expected to see beans and broccoli in a Bibimbap ever. I've been to Korean restaurants before and not once have I seen any broccoli & beans in a Bibimbap, so that confused me. The egg was overcooked (the under was burnt and the yolk was not runny at all.) There was not enough sauce in my Bibimbap and assuming that they actually used gochujang sauce, I barely tasted it.
Always make sure you get the potatoes as the side as they are the highlight of the food. So good that I would low key just buy a bowl of it. Even got my parents and loved ones hooked into them. In terms of meat options, short ribs are the way to go. So happy that this is the same KBBQ fast food place that I had eaten ever since back in my undergrad days. Love, love, love!!!
