I came here with my boyfriend, who owns multiple Lamborghinis, and the way we were treated was shocking. Staff barely acknowledged us, acted like we didn’t belong, and made it clear they were judging based on appearance. He wasn’t even allowed to properly check out the cars. It felt like they assumed we couldn’t afford to be there, which is ridiculous. There’s no excuse for that kind of attitude—especially at a luxury dealership. Just because someone doesn’t “look the part” doesn’t mean they don’t belong. We left feeling disrespected, and we won’t be back. If you care about being treated with basic decency, go somewhere else.
Came in didn’t know there was a event poorly dressed but treated super nice got to sit in a Lamborghini countach which was 1/112 very rare and got a 100$ hat for free cuz of a bonus question!

If you’re not wearing a suit or flashing a Rolex, you’re immediately dismissed. No PR response or apology can fix how demeaning this felt. This isn’t just poor service—it’s a culture problem. A respect problem. Train your team to treat every customer with dignity, regardless of how they look. I won’t be back—If you’re shopping for a Lamborghini and expect to be treated with basic human decency, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Because if you don’t “look the part,” good luck here.
I reached out 2 weeks ago regarding cost/timeline for a job that needs to be done prior to delivery and I haven’t received a reply back Reply and I’ll fix this review thanks.
My 5yr old son has a serious love for the Lamborghini and Bugatti design. While on vacation he pleaded for me to take him to the dealership just to see the cars. To make a long story short, the visit to this dealership was the highlight of his trip, and we had a lot of fun. Louie attended to my son as if he were an actual buyer, then gifted him with a few items. I just wish to say “Thank you Louie!”
