We had a great experience with Greenbloom for our yearly yard Spring clean up. They were very responsive and were able to book us in quickly for the service. We're happy with the results - our yard looks great, and unlike with some other companies we used in the past, none of our flowers or berry bushes were damaged. Would strongly recommend working with Greenbloom - we'll be hiring them again for our next clean up!
Shir and his team did an outstanding job. We had a disaster of a front yard that desperately needed a soil reset and a retaining wall. At my initial consultation with Shir, he carefully listened to my concerns and was very understanding of my budget and explained what could be feasibly done immediately and what could be done in the future once budget allowed. He was very patient with me as I had many questions both at the consultation and through follow-up emails. Shir and his team were extremely punctual and worked quickly, and Shir was extremely accommodating and maintained excellent communication throughout to keep me up to date on the project's progress. The retaining wall looks incredible, and our front yard looks amazing now. They even repurposed rocks we had and re-did a pathway that looks better than it did before. I look forward to working with Shir again for future projects and highly recommend him. Edit: 1 year later, we called Greenbloom again to install a paver path, clean up our backyard (many overgrown plants), and to regrade with new soil. Russ and his team were incredibly responsive, worked extremely quickly, cleaned everything up, and truly went above and beyond. Once again, they were very understanding of our budget, and we're so incredibly happy with our backyard. I'd highly recommend Russ and his team for any landscaping needs.
We had our front yard re-sodded and a small garden built. The team at greenbloom is superb and has the attention to detail needed for these types of jobs. They installed beautiful sod on our dying grass and made it perfectly level, and in addition built a beautiful stone pad for it garbage bins and built a garden for us. Everything is perfectly level now in our front yard. They are very prompt and professional. We had a small concern post installation and they were immediately responsive in providing fertilizer and suggestions on maintaining our lawn. We have dealt with other landscapers in the city and this is by far the best. I would encourage anyone needing any landscaping to consider them first. Their prices are clearly commensurate with the quality of the job - and we regret not having them do our backyard last year as well. Don’t waste your time with other companies and I would highly recommend trusting your landscaping needs to ohad and his team.
Poor, Poor, Poor, customer service not to mention professionalism.....when I asked a question to the owner, he simply hung up on me and when I tried to call back, the call went straight to voicemail. Not recommended and will NEVER call back again..... Now they say they dont have me in their database, what a joke. Didn't know they even had one, or knew what one was. Acknowledging past mistakes doesnt mean denying them or it ever happening. Please people read their comments below regarding my comments. As soon as people started liking my review, all of a sudden they spring into action. It's ok Greenbloom, people already see your company for who they are. Perform good business and customer service, and get good honest reviews in return. Customer or not, a first impression is a lasting one. The fact that I'm still writing about my experience (After All This Time) proves exactly that.
